Our process

Wake up to a morning routine filled with flavor, scents and warmth…  surrounded by three volcanoes, bio-diversified nature, stable micro climate and rich volcanic soil are ideal for growing Arabic coffee.

Single origin artisan coffee planted 5,000 ft. above sea level, under a canopy shade of trees, the finest Arabic Coffee beans ripen slowly to bring out their rich and complex flavor.

Reinventing coffee from the grounds to your cup.

At the time of harvest, our workers take only ripe red cherries coffee plants. Cherries are pulped to extract coffee beans inside.

The grains are carefully wet milled in the benefit in the middle of the farm, dried in the sun in the yard and ground in dry to remove the final outer layer. Finally, processed grains are hand pick to ensure the quality and uniformity.

Roasting is carefully controlled at farm, eliminating any risk of degradation during transport.

Roasted coffee is packaged by hand, still warm, in bags with a valve one way permitting degassing and conservation coffee dioxide gas inert carbon. This prevents damage and preserves the flavor of the original coffee for your enjoyment.

The farm’s organic pest control, along with advanced composting used for fertilizers, makes sustainable and an ecological plantation. The farm is certified by Rainforest Alliance.

Pulp cherries takes a different part of the farm and mixed with earthworm compost and horse manure horse farm in order to create a natural fertilizer for later use.
